Now, how sweet is this?
Daily Telegraph animal gallery
From the three orphaned squirrels adopted by Norma the Chihuahua to Sali the Sumatran tiger who’s being raised by Csar the Rhodesian Ridgeback, inter animal adoptions are not only sweet and cute, but they also defy the imagination. Can you imagine a Ridgeback, which is known for its strong-willed temperament looking after a small tiger cub? But then again, after watching David Attenborough’s Tiger – Spy in the Jungle on TV, tigers can give back in equal measure.
Closer to home, I also find cats and dogs being friends incongruous. This is probably because I had been led to believe the two species couldn’t co-exist. Just seeing them together makes me think, if cats and dogs can learn to get along, why can’t it be the same for humans?
