Butterscotch’s Heritage

As part of my de-cluttering project, I am in the process of de-cluttering my photo library. This was when I uncovered this gem of a photo: the one and only photo I have of Butterscotch with blue eyes, the blue revealing his ancestry.
As a Tonk, Butterscotch is half Siamese and half Burmese. Usually his eyes are yellow but they can change from blue to green depending on the light. Fellow cat lover Fred has the same quirk: his eyes are green but can change to blue. I curse myself for being born with boring brown eyes.
