It’s amazing what modern veterinary techniques can do.
Edgar, a four year old female cat, went missing last week and was later discovered by her owner with her part of her face dangling from her head. The gruesome sight was enough to make her owner pass out.
When the owner woke up, he/she rushed Edgar to an animal hospital in Boston, where surgery was performed to reattach her face. Experts believe the cat’s injuries were caused by a fan belt.

Closer to home, staff at the University of Sydney veterinary hospital were celebrating after efforts to save Piglet the Chihuahua from death due to a heart murmur proved successful.

I’m glad these two animals will be having a happy Christmas.
