Gingersnap Flies Through the air

A couple of days after my last visit to see my favourite boys, another invitation was issued to me. Oh, the joy of living only a few blocks from them!
It took me a couple of minutes to decide whether or not to see them as I was in the middle of something and then I thought, stuff it. What animal lover would turn down the chance to see some four legged creatures?
As usual, I was hot from the walk to Brett’s house. We went into the bathroom where Gingersnap was standing on the floor. Brett and I were chatting while I washed my face. Suddenly, Gingersnap flew right up, landing on top of Brett’s vacuum cleaner, which was sitting on top of Brett’s dryer which was then sitting on top of his washing machine. In all, the leap must have been at least six feet.
I had never seen a cat leap up in the air like this before. I was amazed by the strength of his leg muscles. Gingersnap looked at me, as if wondering what the fuss was about. I went to reach for my camera and as usual, he turned his face away before leaping back onto the floor.
