Great! I have a Maggot Dream

After having a sad dream about a pregnant tabby cat a few nights ago, I had a maggot dream this morning. It was quite revolting.
What had happened in the dream was I had come home to find I had left a pizza out in the kitchen. It was summer and the pizza had been literally sitting there baking on the kitchen counter for several days. Being a maggot phobic person, I normally put leftover food in the bin – and, by bin, I mean the garbage bin outside my flat – before it has a chance to go rotten and attract flies. It looked putrid and there was a mass of maggots on it. I screamed and my sister and I ran outside looking for someone who was willing to help us get rid of the maggots.
My sister asked several passers-by and they all said no. It wasn’t until she offered some Chinese tourists fifty dollars that someone was happy to do this for us.
Terrified, I went on a walk around the neighbourhood. I went to the local newsagent and bought a paper before coming back to a maggot-free home.
