Grouchy Snoozes

My lovely wife, the Grouchy Tuxedo Cat, has made an appearance after going AWOL for a few months. For three days running I saw her as I was heading off to work. I no longer work in the CBD which means walking briskly – when I’m not running – to the train station.
This means I have little time to catch up with my wife so I have started setting my alarm clock even earlier so I can leave the house earlier. Not that she really greets me either as she’s always asleep.
The other night I saw her as I was coming home. She was washing herself like Andrea and I do before we go to bed. We could never understand why people like Brett prefer to shower in the mornings.
“And spend all day running around and then going to bed all sweaty…Yuck!” said Andrea.
Fred agrees with that theory. Just to make doubly sure, he showers before and after going to bed.
