My Sister’s Goldfish

Goldfish in Bowl
The fish were now ready to go back to their home. My sister grabbed the bowl and tried to pour them into the tank. The fish hesitated so she gently nudged them back into the tank with her hand. They behaved oddly at first but after several minutes they had adjusted their bodies to the new water and were ready to play again.
I found it funny to see such a large discrepancy between her fish’s sizes. While watching them swim when they were still in the bowl, I noticed the smaller fish liked to follow the larger one wherever it went, like a moon orbiting a planet. My sister said the small one often follows the larger one around. It was surprising as I expected the big one to bully the smaller fish but my sister said they were good friends. She’s had the larger one for 18 months and the smaller one for only a couple of months now. Originally, she just had the large fish but she decided it needed a friend.
