Regular readers might remember a post I did months ago about cats who like to sniff people’s privates. I had asked a couple of cat parents if they had ever come across this phenomenon. While they all said no, they all agreed they had heard about it.
Then, one night, I was reading The Complete Cat by Vicky Halls when I came a section about cats sniffing people’s armpits and there was my answer: YES, THEY ARE ATTRACTED TO THE SMELL OF HUMAN GENITALS!
Maybe the people I surveyed were too embarrassed to say yes. Imagine if Brett had said, “Now that you mention it, Butterscotch and Gingersnap do like to have a sniff down there…”
