One Clean Joke

“Anyone want to hear a clean joke?” asked someone who sat several cubicles away from me at work.
“Yeah,” I overheard someone else say.
“Okay, what do you call a three-legged donkey?” A pause. “A wonky.”
Laughs all round. Actually, it could even be called a shonky. Later, I overheard someone say, “I don’t think he made it up. I think he got it from somewhere.”
Several days later, I mumbled to myself, “I have no people skills.” One of my colleagues added, “But you have animal skills.”
Hey! That’s my saying! Why is it so easy for me to communicate well with cats and not with humans?
