One Person’s Idea of ‘Fun’

When she told me this, I was also horrified. I could not believe how someone could be so reckless and cruel. I feel for the poor cats. Actually, I would love to get my hands on him and throw him off a skyscraper if I could to see how funny he thinks it is.
The man my neighbour met is now in his thirties, and he still finds it funny to talk about what he did. I never cease to be amazed by how cruel people can be towards others who cannot defend themselves properly – namely, women, children and animals. After my neighbour discovered his cruel side, she never wanted him in her flat again, even though shortly after they met he told her she was lovely and wanted to meet up with her again. “I’ll buy you an ice cream,” he told her. “As if I was a child,” my neighbour said, disgusted. Thank God her cats kept well away from him as Lord knows what could have happened to them if he was left alone with them.
