Pepe Channels the GTC

What a strange world cats live in. Now that I’ve befriended Pepe, I make a habit of going past Brett’s old place when I’m on my way home, even though that means I have to double back to get home. The GTC has gone AWOL again so where else am I going to get some feline comfort?
I’ve noticed Pepe and GTC are very similar in personality in that if they’re not in the mood for having contact with humans, they will ignore me and literally turn their back on me. Other times, they will come up to me, rubbing their little furry bodies against mine. Pepe likes to circle me for as long as I let her. She will go around me, rubbing her body against my legs several times before changing direction and circling me again.
Still, I can’t complain too much about Pepe’s inconsistent behaviour; at least she doesn’t bite, unlike the GTC. And it’s lovely hearing her purr. Unlike Gingersnap, who can be heard several metres away, I have to put my ear right next to her mouth to hear it.
I swear I must have been a cat in my past life…
