Perving at the GTC

Coming home one afternoon, I was greeted by the (now) rare sighting of the Grouchy Tuxedo Cat. He was having his dinner. Like a true cat, he munched away at his wet food while he had his back turned to me. He lifted his tail and waved it. That was when I realised what I thought was a He might actually be a She.
I was trying to get a second look but the GTC turned its body to the side. I waited and waited but to no avail.
I last saw the GTC over the weekend. This time it was sitting there, licking its paw. At first I thought it had gotten injured but then I realised it was only washing its paw before using the wet paw to wash its face. It was so cute to watch. I decided to wait so I can get a chance to find out what sex it was but it sat there and started thumping its tail on the ground. Knowing this was cat body language for annoyance, I decided it was time to move on.
