I’m all for freedom of speech and artistic expression but this is just tasteless and cruel:

I find it hard to believe this “work” (if you can call it that) was done in the name of art. I’m glad the cat killer’s roommate called the police. I would have, too, if I knew anyone was being cruel to an animal.
