Sickening Attack on Puppy

After a stressful weekend where I had several negative interactions with people, I came back to work only to get an email from my friend about a puppy being tortured:

My eyes started to water the moment I saw the photo. My friend was really, really angry and no wonder. I wonder if the puppy will ever recover from the trauma. Hopefully, with enough TLC he will learn to trust humans again.
How ironic on Sixty Minutes last night there was a story about how tourism is having a negative impact on the ecology of the Galapogos Islands and one of the interviewees said something along the lines of "humans will destroy everything".
Enough said.
