The cat Made me do it

Last week was a big one for felines as far as news/TV coverage was concerned. First, Snowy the burnt cat was on RSPCA Animal Rescue. Then a cat was put in the bin HERE.
Two days later, a cat was found cut in half. When will it ever end? HERE
Ditto my colleagues talking about these incidents. Two days after the garbage bin cat hit the headlines, I came into work, hearing my colleagues talking about it.
“The cat made me do it,” mocked one of my colleagues after it was reported that the woman who placed the cat in the bin did it as a joke. “No, seriously, the cat made me do it!”
“And she put the cat in the bin,” I sung. I had to sing; else I would cry in anguish. To think this could have happened to Butterscotch or Gingersnap or any other feline foe that matter…
