The Incredible Talking Cats

Now I have a book at home that covers talking cats and dogs, winged cats and calculating horses but I found it hard to believe until my sister sent me this video:
Part of the reason behind my scepticism is I once knew someone who claimed her cats could talk. She would say “Say ‘mum’” and the cats would simply miaow back. It didn’t sound like ‘mum’. It was just an ordinary miaow. That’s if they bothered to answer back at all (most of the time, they didn’t).
But these cats are just amazing. They are clearly speaking, not miaowing, although it is hard to make out what the last cat is saying due to its slurred speech.
I wish they could really talk. Obviously they’ve been trained to mimic certain words but I’d love to know if they what they are actually saying. Probably not.
