Will You Ever Leave This Cat?

I’ve been a big fan of Tonkinese cats ever since one of my friends introduced me to his cats. I found them so loving and friendly and sociable. I love their half Siamese/half Burmese appearance so I often Google pictures of them. Even my sister, who thinks Siamese cats look ‘evil’, doesn’t mind the Tonkinese.
I found this beautiful picture of a Tonkinese cat called Mymystic Chiffon on this web site that has adorable photos of cats. I’ve printed this picture out and I keep it on my desk at work. It lifts my heart whenever I look at it. I cherish her beauty. Even my cat-hating workmates say she’s a lovely cat. They call her the cat with the great big eyes.
Underneath the photo on the web site is the question, “Will you ever leave me? That’s easy to answer. I certainly would never leave her if she was near me. In fact, I’d take her right home. I often imagine she is my own cat and she is with me all the time, constantly loving me. Just as I will love her in the same way. She purrs at me when she’s content and when I touch her, her fur is like touching thin strands of the purest silk. She is there to greet me when I come home from work and, unlike a human being, will never ever betray me. She will let me cuddle her when I’m feeling down and let me stroke her fur when I’m feeling angry and need to calm down. She will always be there for me.

I was delighted to see your comment on Mymystic Chiffon, as I do own her. You are right her fur is like the softest silk and she loves to have her left ear gently pulled. She is a very sweet natured cat and very chatty.
I have given her a special hug on your behalf and we would be delighted for you to be her honorary Mum!
