Would you Taxidermy Your Deceased Pet?

Unfortunately, fate had other plans. Our ducks disappeared one day and we never saw them again. I still feel guilty about this today. I keep thinking that if we didn’t let them wander around so much that maybe they would still be around for many more years and have died of old age instead of being possibly ducknapped and eaten. Still, in the year that we had them, they brought us so much love and joy. They were always there for me when I came home after having a bad day at school. I could tell them things I couldn’t tell other people and I knew they would understand.
What about you? Would you consider going to a taxidermist to have your pet stuffed? Or do you think it is macabre and prefer to bury or cremate your pet?
