Yes, She’s Back

Ok. I can relax now. The day after I typed my previous post, I spotted the GTC. Thanks to her, I now look like an idiot. Sorry about the false alarm. She was getting lots of strokes from a passer-by. Eager to have my kitty fix, I stood and waited for my turn. It has been my first contact with any feline for weeks. I am kitty-starved.
Maybe because we hadn’t seen each other for weeks she didn’t mind me stroking her but after two strokes I decided to take my hand away. The passer-by had spent quite a bit of time with her; I didn’t want to push my luck and end up bitten.
